2. Use of Materials: You may use the materials on our platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use any of the materials on our platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
3. User Content: You may be able to submit content to our platform, including but not limited to comments, questions, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of our platform in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (b) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access our platform in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional online web browser; (c) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (d) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the platform; (e) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (f) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the platform; (g) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the platform; (h) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (i) interfering with the proper working of the platform; (j) accessing any content on the platform through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the platform; or (k) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to our platform, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the platform or the content accessible via the platform.
5. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our platform for any reason, including without limitation violation of these terms of use.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these terms of use or your use of our platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to such courts based on forum non-conveniens or any other grounds.
