  1. Copyrights and Trademarks: All materials provided on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or transmit any of the content on our platform without our prior written consent.
  2. Use of Materials: You may use the materials on our platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use any of the materials on our platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
  3. User Content: You may be able to submit content to our platform, including but not limited to comments, questions, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.   5. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our platform for any reason, including without limitation violation of these terms of use.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
